In courtesy to our clients and therapists a 50% charge on the clients credit card will be charged for cancellations of a spa service if the 24hr cancellation notice policy is not respected, or the 48 hr notice policy for two or more treatments. Gift certificates will be reduced to half value.

No -Show's
100% of the value of the spa service will be charged in the event of a no-show.
Gift certificates will be considered used for the time that was reserved for the appointment.

Please call at least 2-3 weeks prior of desired date to book spa services. A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve multiple spa services and Spa Packages.
