This inspiration came to Kim Boughner, a Certified Esthetician, who wanted her business to represent one small philosophy.....Listen and understand the client's needs, but most importantly to how they feel.

Kim purchased the business in 1986 from it's original owner, Joan Kendellen, who first opened Beauty Total in London, Ontario in 1979. Finding a new home for Beauty Total, Kim has created an atmosphere where clients feel they can escape the stress of the day, come to a place where they know they'll never be treated like a stranger, and trust that all of their needs will be given the care and attention they deserve.
